While we try to ensure your property is in the best condition when you move in, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Thanks to our easy and user-friendly app, repairs get dealt with quickly and effectively.

You can report a repair anytime by accessing your Samara App. If you have not received access to this, please contact our office for assistance.

Please provide as much information as possible and upload as many photographs as possible. If you’re taking a photo of an issue, please ensure you capture the item you would like to draw attention to and a full photo of the room in which it is located. This will allow a better assessment and diagnosis of the issue and will also allow our engineers to prepare the material parts before they attend.

Issues will be picked up by our maintenance team during the working week which is Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to process or deal with any maintenance issues during evenings or weekends because our maintenance department is closed.

If you choose to instruct an independent engineer to carry out a repair, you will be responsible for the charge unless previously agreed in writing by your landlord. If you make changes to your property without the landlord’s permission, they may choose to revert the property back to the previous state and the cost of reverting the works will be charged to you.
