VIEWINGS

Get VIP treatment at Samara where you will be chauffer driven to the properties of your choice. Once you have decided which properties are most appealing to you from our large property portfolio, you can book your viewing on line or via telephone and the rest is up to us. All you need to do is turn up to the appointment.

Spoilt for choice from our large property portfolio? Our friendly and helpful staff are fully trained to offer you their honest advice and assistance to help you shortlist the properties most suited for you.

TENANCY AGREEMENT

Once you have fallen in love with one of our properties, all that we ask for is that you complete some paperwork and pay the deposit to secure the property. In most cases we request a guarantor, however we do all the hard work in writing to them and collecting the agreement. We only require that you provide us with their name and address details. Couldn’t be simpler!

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

MAINTENANCE

We offer a 24 hour maintenance service and for all our properties, the boilers are serviced by British Gas which means that your mind can be put at ease in the knowledge that your property is in safe hands. We also have our own in-house maintenance team dedicated to ensuring your property is in good shape! At Samara we do our best to keep you informed of the progress of your repairs and we pride ourselves in the quality of our service. So if it’s a broken chair or a washing machine that doesn’t work, we will repair it for you and if we can’t we will simply replace it with a new one*

*Subject faults not occurring through mishandling or malicious damage.
