Terms & Conditions

  1. The Reward is £100. The Tenant must observe and perform the obligations set out in the Tenancy Agreement and meet the terms and conditions set out below to qualify for the Reward.
  2. The Reward is provided at the discretion of Samara.
  3. The Reward is subject to change at any time without notice or maybe withdrawn at any time without notice.
  4. To qualify, Tenants must fulfil all the conditions set out in the Tenancy Agreement and Terms and Conditions set out below.
  5. If a Tenant fails to disclose any relevant information or provide any inaccurate information to Samara it will invalidate the Reward.
  6. If a Tenant provides us with information about other people such as Guarantor’s information then it is the responsibility of the Tenant to check that the information provided is accurate and that other parties have given permission to give their information to us. Inaccurate information about other parties will invalidate the Reward.
  7. The Tenant must pay the rent in accordance with the Terms of the Tenancy Agreement. If a Tenant fails to settle rent on the dates agreed with Samara and outlined on the Payment Schedule it will invalidate the Reward.
  8. The Tenant must deliver the premises and fixtures and fittings at the end of the term in a clean and tidy condition and in good order and must remove all Tenant fittings, furniture and possessions in accordance with the Terms set out in the Tenancy Agreement to qualify for the Reward.
  9. The Reward shall only be processed once the Tenant has submitted their application to Samara. The application may be a verbal or written request to Samara.
  10. Application for the Reward must be submitted within three months after the Tenant has vacated the premises following the expiration of the Tenancy. Tenants will not qualify after this three month period.
  11. The Reward shall be given to the qualifying Tenant within 28 days of their application.
  12. Keys must be returned at 12 noon on the date of expiration of the Tenancy as set out in the Tenancy Agreement. Any delay in returning keys will invalidate the Reward.
  13. The provision of all copies of settled final bills must be given to Samara stamped as paid to qualify for the Reward.
  14. The Reward will be provided in the form of a cheque and will be posted in the stamped addressed envelope provided by the Tenant.
  15. Application for the Reward can only be made by the Tenant. Samara will provide a cheque to the successful Tenant only. The cheque shall not be made to or handed over to anybody other than the Tenant concerned.
