We offer a 24 hour maintenance service and for all our properties, the boilers are serviced by British Gas which means that your mind can be put at ease in the knowledge that your property is in safe hands. We also have our own in-house maintenance team dedicated to ensuring your property is in good shape! At Samara we do our best to keep you informed of the progress of your repairs and we pride ourselves in the quality of our service. So if it’s a broken chair or a washing machine that doesn’t work, we will repair it for you and if we can’t we will simply replace it with a new one. *
